At the end of the 2018 it occurred to me how to explain dark matter in the Universe. The key for it is gravitational potential energy (GPE) and black holes BHs. GPE is considered zero in infinity and otherwise is negative. But is it true? When two macroscopic body, for example BHs, are getting closer, they are loosing GPE. If the the GPE is negative it decreasing their masses. But it is in contradiction with our understanding of BHs. If we neglect Hawking radiation, nothing can escape from BH, nor matter, nor energy (gravitationally waves). 

This contradiction is removed when GPE is zero et a bottom of a gravitational potential, otherwise is positive.
